Terms & Conditions for E-Voucher
Introduction
The following terms and conditions govern the use of electronic voucher (e-vouchers) issued by Damas Jewellery for use on e-commerce platforms.
E-voucher Redemption:
E-voucher can only be redeemed on damasjewellery.com and are not valid for use on any other platform and are not redeemable in stores.
E-vouchers are only redeemable for products that are offered on the website and cannot be exchanged for cash it is also non transferrable.
E-vouchers are valid until the 30th of September 2025
The E-voucher can be redeemed for minimum online purchases as below:
E-voucher Usage:
The E-voucher is valid for use only for Damas Jewellery products and it is not valid to be used on purchases for discounted products and International Brands that are on the website.
The E-voucher is unique and can only be used once.
The E-voucher is non-transferrable and may only be used by the individual to whom the e-voucher was issued.
The E-voucher will be issued with the values as below:
E-voucher Issuance:
Damas Jewellery reserves the right to issue e-voucher at its discretion.
The E-vouchers may be issued as part of promotional campaigns, loyalty programs or other initiatives.
Refunds and Exchange:
E-vouchers are non-refundable in cash.
Products purchased using e-vouchers may be subject to the Damas Jewellery standard refund and exchange policies.
